           PERSONAL TRAINING

 

With one on one training you will get a personalized program that will fit your needs. This service will begin with a consultation that will go over goals and expectations. Following the one on one consultation the first training session will be an evaluation of your ability and to create a baseline for us to build from.

           SEMI PRIVATE LESSONS

Train with a friend, significant other or a teammate, motivating and pushing each other to success.This service is designed for 2-4 people with similar work capacities.This service also begins with a consultation with the participating clients, to go over goals and expectations.

           TEAM TRAINING

 

Are you a sports coach looking for a competitive edge? Do you  want your team to improve there speed and strength and don't have access to a strength and conditioning coach?  Let us come to you!

           CONSULTING

 

Is your current business not going in the direction you would like? Do you need help starting your fitness business? Do you need someone to hold a strength & conditioning/fitness workshop at your school/fitness center? If any of the above applies to you please contact us for a free consultation.

           Evaluation
 
 Are you experiencing the same reoccurring injuries and cant figure out why? Do you want to know strength and weaknesses? Our evaluations includes but not limited to vo2 max testing, running analysis, speed and endurance testing, movement analysis and strength and power testing.
